Description:
Challenge and Creative-based to foster closer communication. Develop a clear understanding of Trust and Open communication together with the other participants. Working as a team, acquire techniques in solving problems creatively through stimulating activities; to learn how to synergize by creating Tribes from individual Villagers and finally a Corporate Tribal Identity, through shared experiences and values.

Location: Anyplace - Indoor @ Hotel or Outdoors @ Sentosa, Fort Canning
Program :
The session will be organized in 40 min rotational activity slots with 10 min for fun debrief each, depending on the learning objectives, to be finalized with client.
The Tribal Village: Corporate villagers will join their Tribes and will Create their Tribal identity with a chant, face paint and totem.
Boom Boom Drums: Tribal drum session, where you will create your own tribal beat with a variety of percussion instruments.
Suggested Activities: Choose 3-4 other activities: (Depending on your objectives, more activities can be chosen from)
Chief’s Chair: Design and build a trust-worthy palanquin. Show how interdependence is needed for performance.
Optional Out-rigger Raft building Challenge: as an alternative to Chief’s Chair
River Snakes: Strategize to get their villagers across the river while avoiding the snakes, by working together.
Dance As a Tribe: Get the emotions out learn to express and receive with your team members. Learn to listen to nuances and how to perceive differences.
VooDoo Contour: From a Body contour, brainstorm and create your own storyline behind the bones in the corporate body, to symbolize health, values and company spirit.
Shaman Potions: Learn about the mystical powers of nature from our Shaman, then create your Tribal Potion, and explain it’s benefits to the Tribal judges.
Magic Spear: Intensity and ambition are not enough, unless strategy and leadership is also applied. An excellent exercise in proving that only as a unified tribe with one goal can the objective successfully be met.
Finale:
The Corporate Nation - Boom Boom Drum: A Finale where all the Tribes come together as a Nation, for a thunderous united Crescendo!
